"Well, Raven, didn't I tell you you would have fun?" Beastboy asked her with a big grin on his face.
"I guess I did have fun." She admitted holding back a blush.
"We should hang out again sometime, okay?" He told her as they approached her bedroom door. She reached for the doorknob and opened her door.
"Raven, wait, you almost forgot this." Beastboy handed her a tiny blue stuffed bear; he won it for her at a ring toss game.
She took the bear, "Thanks. Oh and Beastboy?"
"Yeah?"
She placed a quick kiss on his cheek, "Goodnight."
Beastboy was blushing so hard he was no longer green. "Night." And with that Raven closed her door. Beastboy swore he saw a smile on her face.
Raven opened her closet door and placed the bear on the top shelf. As she closed her closet door, she stripped out of her cloak and leotard and put on her indigo nightgown. She turned out her lights and got into her bed. Although she hated to admit it, she did have fun on her “date” with Beastboy (at least that was what Starfire kept calling it). Yes he was still annoying to her, but in her mind, it was though after the whole Trigon incident, he seemed to have really grown up. Not a lot, but enough for you to notice. As Raven dozed off, she wondered in her mind how she was ever going to be able to talk to Starfire about their “date”.
“Did you really think you could get rid of me so easily, dear Daughter?” His voice rang through her mind.
“No, this isn't real. This is just a dream, a horrible dream. I destroyed you.” Raven said back to him.
“I will return. And I will not fail to destroy the Earth this time. But first, I will destroy your friends. They are a distraction and you have forgotten your true purpose.”
“No!” Raven shot up in her and quickly turned on her lamp that was sitting on the end table.
She was in a cold sweat and her breathing was shallow. When she managed to get her breathing normal again she checked her clock. It had just turned 2 o’clock in the morning. Raven sighed and stood from her bed and put on clean cloak and leotard. She put on her boots and walked quietly to her bedroom door. She poked her head out and looked up and down the hallways to make sure she hadn't awoken her other teammates. After checking the hallway several times, Raven silently made her way to the roof of the Tower and sat there watching the city below. Raven inhaled deeply in an attempt to clear her mind.
'It was just a bad dream. There's no reason for you to get upset.'She thought to herself as she paced along the perimeter of the roof.
Raven stopped pacing and sat along the edge of the roof. She noticed a light reflecting in the water below. It wasn't from the moon, there wasn't one that night. She noticed it was from one of the rooms in the tower. If she remembered correctly, it was to the weight room. Which meant Robin was just likely awake. Raven stood and snuck back into the Tower. She walked down the hallways and found the weight room. She looked through the open crack of the door. And as she expected, Robin was up. She figured he was used to being up late since he used to be part of a Circus. He was out of his uniform, wearing a white tank and shorts, and his hair was no longer spiky. He was sparing with one of their many punching bags.
"I know you're standing there, Raven." He spoke without ever looking in her direction. Raven sighed and opened the door so are could walk in.
"Why are you awake?" Robin asked her as he punched the bag.
"Why are you?" She retorted back.
"Don't give me the third degree, Raven." He grabbed a towel and wiped his face and hair of sweat.
"So, why are you awake?" He asked again as he sat down against the wall.
"I just couldn't sleep is all." She lied.
"Yeah me either."
"I know. You usually come here when you can't."
"Haly's Circus is coming to the City."
"That traveling Circus you and your family were apart of?"
"Yeah. I wanna go, but I can't bring myself to do it. I just want to see if he'd let me perform just one more time."
"When will they be in town?"
"Tomorrow."
“Would you like me to go with you, for support?”
“Would you really do that, Raven?”
“If you want me to.”
“I would like that.” He smiled at her. “I’m gonna try and go to bed.” He stood up and turned off the light. “You should do the same.” And with that he walked down the hallway to his bedroom.
“Yeah, I’ll try.”

Scarred 4
The scent of pine trees engulfs my nose as I struggle to open my eyes. It's a while before I notice the soft flannel sheets and warm down comforter that I'm cuddled in. It takes me even longer to realize that the things restraining my waist aren't shackles but arms, green emerald arms. I suddenly stop breathing as I trace the arms back and slightly, ever so slightly; turn my head to see his face. His eyes are closed and I can barely notice the slight flare of his nostrils as he breathes.
This indescribable feeling of calm, happiness and peace overcomes me and I continue to stare at his bare arms wrapped around me. I try to see if I can go i

Kiss-Kiss Part 1
Raven's voice rang in his ears, she was yelling.
At him. Again.
This time he deserved it, he deserved every sharp syllable that left his girlfriend's mouth. He deserved all of the heartache her powers were forcing on him unconsciously. His heart broke as tears began to fall from her face uncontrollably, this was almost too much for him. He was having a hard time keeping calm and his whole body shook from emotions. Beast Boy sat down on the bed and put his head between his legs, the animal senses inside of him were screaming at him to get in a safe position to avoid the threat that was Raven.
"Why did you have to do this to me Garfield! Are

"Why Are You...?"
...takes place near the end of the episode "Birthmark"...
Everyone had just gotten back to the tower after Slade's assault. No one knew exactly what had happened, and Raven didn't have a chance to change before she began to explain...sort of.
"I-I'm not sure why Slade was after me..." Raven said in a quiet voice, not meeting anyone's eyes.
"Don't worry, Raven," Robin said solemnly. "We'll figure this out later. First, you shoul get some rest, you've been through a lot today."
"Yes, dear friend," Starfire said, her eyes full of unshe tears for the friend who was clos
