Rebel Love Song Chapter 2

I don't really know what time it was when I opened my eyes, but it was daylight out.
“I had the weirdest dream.” I mumbled, still letting my eyes adjust.
“Yo, Andy your chick is awake.”
“For the last time, CC, she isn't my chick. She was a fan in the audience.” My eyes widened as I sat up and looked around. It wasn't a dream. Last night was real. I was on Black Veil Brides tour bus. I slept in Black Veil Brides tour bus! I started freaking out not knowing what to do. I pinched myself just to check to make sure I wasn't dreaming.
“Hey, you feeling better?” I heard Andy ask from the bed he had been lying in.
“U-Uhm yeah...” He walked over and sat next to me. I could feel my face burning up with the blush that had formed.
“Okay, well we're not in Maryland anymore. We are in Pennsylvania, cuz that's where our next show is tonight.”
“Oh okay...” I began twiddling my fingers. I couldn't think of anything. I finally meet Andy and the rest of the band and I barely say a sentence to them.
“So, what's your name?” I looked up at Christian as he asked me.
“O-Oh, my name is Olivia.”
“Nice to meet ya.” He smiled at me. “I would introduce myself, but I think you already know who I am.”
“Y-Yeah I do.”
“So, Olivia, how old are you?” Ashley asked as he walked into the room.
“I-I turned 18 last October.”
“See, Ashley, she's old enough.”
“Old enough?”
“Christian had suggested that you come on the road with us throughout our tour.”
“R-Really?”
“I mean if you want to. We could always take you back to where you live and forget we ever offered.”
“E-Even if I did want to. I don't have a change of clothes or anything.”
“We could get you some new clothes.” Christian suggested.
“From the looks of it, I'd say you like Hot Topic.” I nodded.
“So, is that a yes?” Ashley asked from the back of the bus.
“Y-Yeah.”
“Okay cool. Jinxx, Jake, get your asses up here.”
“What is it, Andy?”
“Say hello to our new roadie, Olivia.” He put an arm around me and he introduced me to the others. My face flushed so much more than it already was.
Jinxx smiled and held out his hand, “Nice to meet you.”
“Ditto.”
“So where are you from?"
"Maryland. Seeing you guys in concert was actually my first concert ever.”
“And how was it?” Jake asked.
“It was incredible. I mean most people have told me some bands are really bad live, but you guys sound awesome. Just like listening to the CD's.”
“That's good. I'm glad you liked the show.”
“Hey guys we gotta start settin' up for the show.” One of their security guards told them as he poked his head through the door of the bus.
“Alright, just let us get changed.” Andy stood up and went back to change his shirt, along with the other members. After about 5 minutes, the members started leaving the bus.
Andy stopped at the door and turned around, “You comin'?”
“Uhm...”
“You're on the road with us now. You don't have to stay on the bus all the time.”
“Okay.”
“Hey Sammi.”
“Yeah?”
“Can you get her some new clothes and maybe some makeup?”
“Sure, I have some extra clothes back here.”
“Thanks.” And with that he left.


It was a few hours until the show. Andy stood outside the venue smoking a cigarette. He was leaning back against the wall, with his foot on the wall and one hand shoved in his pants pocket.  
“A-Andy?”
“Yeah.” He took another drag of the cigarette.
“Does this outfit look okay?” He looked over to see Olivia wearing a black shredded top and some black skinny jeans with holes in the knees. She had on black eyeliner with smokey gray eyes.
“Oh, uhm, y-yeah, it looks great. Sammi did a good job.”
“Alright.”
He put out the cigarette and walked over to her, “You wanna help out backstage for the show?”
“What do I have to do?”
“Well between three or four songs we'll leave the stage to change clothes real quick and use different guitars. You'll just have to hand them to us as we go on.”
“how will I know which guitar belongs to who?”
“You'll know.”
“Are you guys going to play “Perfect Weapon” tonight?”
“Most likely.”
“I know which guitar is his for that one.”
“Oh?”
“The Oujia Board guitar.”
“How do you know that?”
“I remember it from the music video. And, he used it last night.”
“You have a good eye.” He ran a hand through his hair and smiled. “Well, I guess I'll see you later.”
“Bye.”


I stood backstage watching them perform. They had just finished playing their fourth song, “God Bless You”. Andy had picked up his water bottle and took a quick drink before putting it back down.
“How is everyone tonight?” He spoke into the microphone, “Are you guys excited to be here?” After he said that the crowd screamed. “Heh I'm glad to hear it. Now before we get to this next song, I'd like the newest member of our family to come out.”
Oh no, he's not talking about me is he?
I saw him turn and look at me, “Come on out.” He gestured for me to walk out onto the stage. I slowly walked out, I was so nervous.
He put an arm around my shoulder and smiled, “This here is Olivia. She is the newest member to the Black Veil Bride family. Tonight she is helping out backstage. I wanted you guys to be the first to meet her.” As he finished talking we all walked off the stage. I stood backstage and waited for them to come back. As they walked out I handed them their guitars. Christian was already back at his drum set. Jinxx and Ashley stood on the right side of the stage, Jake on the left, and Andy center. The night went on like any other. After playing their last song they left the stage. I could hear the crowd doing the “Black Veil Brides” chant. They stage had gone black and the others had already left the stage.
“Listen to them, should we do our encore song?” Christian asked.
“Of course.” The lights went back on and the crowd went crazy. Andy grabbed the mic and they began to play.
